Why Naturally Ahimsa?

Ahimsa is a Sanskrit word meaning to do no harm and minimising harm to other life forms. In practical terms we need to consider the wellbeing and future of our society and environment whilst ensuring benefits to our body, mind and soul through consuming from nature's table.

Being a vegetarian since birth I have known the health benefits of a vegetarian diet. When my son was born with a serious auto immune disease, my eyes really opened to the fact that health is truly our greatest asset and we have a responsibility for our wellbeing and that of others.

Our inspiration for wellbeing, the Ahimsa ethos coupled with the desire to share information about real health led me to start the NaturallyAhimsa business. Although the journey with my son’s conditions has been a challenging one I am really enjoying the experience of being part of a healthy, enthusiastic wellbeing and non-harming community.

We care about the body and soul of all around us. NaturallyAhimsa inspires healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits by providing the best quality, most nutritious products and services we can source. In the near future we also will have fabulous online resources such as recipes, blogs, newsletters and regular community events where you can share your ideas.

We are grateful and thankful for the influence of many people who have further inspired our philosophy and relationship to wellbeing.

We would like to inspire people of all ages, all backgrounds and all professions to enjoy real food and to be aware of its’ therapeutic benefits and at the same time be in harmony helping preserve nature.
