• To alter the quantity of an item, change the number in the quantity box, then click 'UPDATE CART'.
• To delete an item(s), click the 'Remove' link next to the product.
•   Any order that contains fresh and frozen products will have a separate shipping charge since they cannot be shipped together due to special packaging and delivery requirement .

Price shown above for Europe and UK are for deliveries up to 20kgs.

Please call us for items in excess of 20kg as they will be charged on an individual basis.

It may be cheaper for lighter items (less than 500g) to be posted via regular mail. Please call us for the special rates. Please Note: You cannot track your item online with the regular postal service and the shopper accepts the risk involved using this method of shipping.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept orders for some perishable items for some offshore destinations. For delivery further afield, including EU destinations, of non-perishable items, such as growing kits, organic grain or compost, please call or email us for a quote.

Carriage & Conditions

We aim to provide you with a good, reliable service and high quality products that you are completely satisfied with, and therefore we ask you to read the following terms & conditions carefully before placing an order with us.

Deliveries of Frozen Products (UK Only):

Our frozen Wheatgrass is packed to stay frozen for an overnight delivery. The contents will defrost if the package cannot be delivered and is taken back to the depot and kept overnight for delivery the day after.

So please ensure someone is able to receive the delivery or alternatively arrange with us for the package to be left in a safe place.

Please note the total delivery cost for frozen produce will be £8.85 for up to 20KG (UK only)

Making a purchase

You can place an order on our shop page at any time of the day or night, but if you prefer, you can order by telephone between Monday and Friday, 9am - 5pm by ringing our dedicated Wheatgrass ordering line 0845 838 7099.
Please include with your order.

• A full correct name, address and postcode. No delivery can be made without these details, and no liability can be accepted for deliveries misplaced due to an incorrect address or postcode.
• A phone number where you can be contacted on the due delivery day
• Your credit or debit card details for payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta and Electron cards
• Special instructions, signing & checking deliveries: We recommend your delivery is checked and signed for on receipt, but if you cannot sign for it, please ensure that there will be someone who can check and sign for it on your behalf. Unsigned deliveries can be agreed with us on the understanding that Naturallyahimsa Ltd will not be responsible for any loss or damage. Please read the section below on signing & checking deliveries before agreeing to receive your delivery unsigned or unchecked.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

• Orders received by 12 noon will be despatched the same day for delivery on the following day between 8am and 5pm.
• Orders received after 12 noon will be despatched the following day except Thursdays when orders will be despatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday to avoid being in transit at the weekend. 
• Saturday deliveries are possible but incur a surcharge of £13.00. Please contact us by phone on 0845 790 2777 to arrange a Saturday delivery. Fresh items are covered and protected by secure packaging in sturdy boxes.
  
  Orders to Ireland or Northern Ireland are sent by road and take up to 3 working days.  We cannot therefore send our Frozen products to these destinations.
  
  If your order hasn't arrived by 5pm on the scheduled day of delivery, please contact us within 24 hours.
  
  If we are out of stock, we will let you know and send the goods as soon as they are available.
