100g of Organic leek seeds to grow your own supply of fresh leek sprouts.
These seeds come in strong re-sealable bags with home-sprouting instructions included. Suitable for sprouting in the sprouter jar as well as in the 3-tier sprouter or other home sprouter.

Sprouted leek seeds have a lovely gentle oniony flavour. In sandwiches and salads they can be used as a tasty, milder substitute for onion. Their flavour combines well with alfalfa or clover sprouts with the mix being milder still.

100g of seed will grow approximately 1kg of sprouts.
